  • Introducing malware or viruses

Content Violations

  • Sharing course materials publicly
  • Recording or redistributing lectures
  • Commercial use of materials

Fraud and Abuse

  • Payment fraud or chargebacks
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
  • Submitting plagiarized work

Platform Abuse

  • Spamming or advertising
  • Using automated bots or scrapers
  • Disrupting services or other users

4. Content Guidelines and Restrictions

All content you create, share, or submit must:

  • Be your original work or properly attributed with permission
  • Not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Be relevant to the course and educational in nature
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
  • Any amount exceeding the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim

3. Consequential Damages Exclusion

We are not responsible for any consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to failure to achieve career goals, employment outcomes, project results, or any other indirect consequences of your participation in our courses.

4. Indemnification Obligations
